Westinghouse Digital this week announced that it will soon release a 42-inch, 1080p LED TV at a price under $750. The LD-4255, which is only 1.25 inches thick, is set to arrive in mid-September.
“We’re very excited about the arrival of the LD-4255,” Westinghouse vice president of marketing Rey Roque said as part of the announcement.
“The brand new 42″ 1080p combines the latest LED technologies with an attractive design and remarkable energy efficiency. The set’s high contrast ratios and quick refresh rate make the LD-4255 a great choice for the consumer looking to get a true home theater experience.”
The model, which exceeds Energy Star 5.0 ratings, will carry an MSRP of $749.
