Richard Houng, Chief Executive Officer
Houng is Chief Executive Officer of Westinghouse Digital Electronics and is responsible for all aspects of the company's core operations, including sales, marketing, manufacturing, purchasing, distribution and logistics. He is the primary liaison between the company and its strategic partner Chi Mei Optoelectronics, one of the largest producers of LCD TV's in the world. Houng began his career with the Chi Mei Group in 1992, and has served in various positions of increasing responsibility, with a broad range of experience that spans procurement, sales, marketing and executive management. While director of sales in Europe for Chi Mei Corporation, the world's largest ABS plastics manufacturer, sales increased 400 percent, and during his tenure as general manager for the China subsidiary of Chi Mei Optoelectronics, he was responsible for developing the manufacturing base and distribution infrastructure for LCD TFT panels and monitors in China. In 2001, Houng co-founded Nexgen Mediatech Inc., a Taiwan-based manufacturer of LCD televisions and DLP projectors. He holds a bachelor's degree in business with emphasis in entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California.
Douglas Woo, President
Woo is President of Westinghouse Digital Electronics and is responsible for developing and expanding strategic business relationships, marketing and operations. From 1995 to 2001, Woo served as executive vice president of Princeton Graphic Systems, Inc., a leading supplier of computer monitors and high-definition televisions under the Princeton and Sylvania brands. He is a former partner at international law firm Pillsbury Madison & Sutro where his practice focused on intellectual property, commercial law, product distribution, and merchandising for companies engaged in the distribution of products and services, including consumer electronics, semiconductors and home appliances. Woo holds a bachelor's degree from UCLA and juris doctorate from Harvard Law School. Woo has served as a member of the board of directors of several civic and community organizations, including The Great Leap, Inc., a long-established multi-cultural performing arts company in the Los Angeles area, and the UCLA Alumni Association.
John Araki , General Manager, Commercial Division and Vice President, Product Development
John Araki is General Manager of Westinghouse Digital's Commercial Division and Vice President of Product Development.  Araki is responsible for the incubation of all the digital signage product platforms, out-of-home network initiatives, commercial display systems and consumer televisions.  Araki was previously Vice President of AM Group Corp., overseeing business as well as technical operations of the company and providing system engineering expertise in development of the company’s patented 802.11X wireless products.  Prior to joining AM Group Corp.  Araki was the President and CEO of the Penske Racing Center.  His duties include the design, development and operations of a real-time simulation facility focusing on open wheel, Indy-style Champ cars.  Mr. Araki was also the co-founder, board member, and COO of Fightertown Entertainment, Inc. from 1989 to1995.  While at Fightertown, Araki’s duties included facility design, development, integration, management and operations of the center.   From 1984 to 1988, Araki worked for the Northrop Corporation as an avionics engineer with the primary responsibility of working on the B-2 flight simulation project.  Lockheed Corporation also employed Araki from 1988 to 1989, as a consultant on the Advanced Technical Fighter simulation project.  Araki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering with emphasis in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
Cliff York, Vice President, Sales
York is Vice President, Sales of Westinghouse Digital Electronics and is responsible for building and managing a nationwide sales organization. He was instrumental in securing distribution of Westinghouse LCD TVs in major consumer electronics retailers nationwide. In addition, York is central to the company's unique structure of finalizing pricing, credit and product supply within the sales department to enable Westinghouse Digital Electronics to continue to offer and enhance the speed of communication and decision-making internally and between the company and its customers. York has more than 20 years experience in retail account development, service and management for major consumer electronics brands. Prior to starting at Westinghouse Digital Electronics in 2003, York served as vice president consumer retail for ABC, Inc. and various executive positions for Philips Consumer Electronics Company.
Rey Roque, Vice President, Marketing
As Westinghouse Digital's Vice President of Marketing, Rey Roque is responsible for managing brand and channel marketing initiatives, strategic business development and public relations, as well as expanding the company's customer base for LCD TVs, monitors, accessories and peripheral products. From 2001-2005, Roque was the Vice President of Marketing for Samsung Electronics America, Inc., where he assisted in assembling a new marketing team to facilitate the merger of the branded display, office automation and storage business units into the current Irvine, Calif. facility as a single division. Prior to this, Roque worked at Princeton Graphic Systems where he launched a line of HDTV displays and receivers, PC/TV presentation displays, plasma displays and LCD-TVs. Roque also worked for Mitsubishi Electronics America, Inc. where he was responsible for all marketing activities for Mitsubishi brand computer display products as well as product and channel marketing. Roque holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering Sciences and Economics from Dartmouth College.
