Terms Governing Product Return
Westinghouse Digital customers may obtain return material authorization (RMA) only for Product under warranty, subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty. For warranty terms, refer to the warranty card that came with your Product, or the following: http://westinghousedigital.com/support/warranty.
Pre-authorization is required before sending any Product in for warranty service. When providing return material authorization (RMA) for your Product, Westinghouse Digital customer service will provide instructions for sending your Product to a Westinghouse Digital service center. You should ship the Product to the Westinghouse Digital service center in its original carton box, or in packaging providing an equal degree of protection. Westinghouse Digital is not responsible for damage to any Product that occurs during shipping. Westinghouse Digital will cover transportation costs to the service center, and return shipping.
